I enjoy your style in writing, most real estate investing related materials are peppered with all kinds of fluffy stuff and narratives like "imagine how your life would be if you had financial freedom" ect.

The city is changing daily with developments  peppered throughout the urban core and all the planned growth on the horizon for south of downtown.

And then 8 months later, they released Sgt Peppers......humbling. eh? 

He doesn't drink (except dr pepper) and would send he receipts anytime he went to home depot. he'd even pay me back for stuff he bought for himself (when i wouldnt have known). he's honest and works hard and is the cheapest contractor in Tucson. he also does handyman work.
