You need to decorate it, load it up with arcade games, put in a sleeper sofa across from a big screen with an Xbox or PS5 attached.  

It's just easier.Use one for each property to limit liability between the assets (they can't attach liability to other assets)

The problem for a sponsor with taking all the money from one source (like a family office) is that it usually comes with strings attached.

When I deliver the new lease for the tenancy from 10/25/24 through 11/30/24 can it just be your standard month-to-month tenancy lease- or do I need to also attach my own 30-day notice with it?
