The 203k Borrowers Acknowledgement Form (HUD Form 92700-A) states that if there are insufficient funds in the rehab account, then the borrower must place the additional money in the rehab account (paid to the lender) so that the lender can then pay the contractor.

If the volume of air getting to them is insufficient, intake air for combustion gets drawn in through available openings, and the chimney then has back-drafting being open to the outside.Test it with some tissue or TP (OK TP is quite scarce and valuable during COVID-19), a single piece will do.

Check with your lease and State laws but I attempt to take a proactive approach to avoid insufficient notice:Proactive - at least 60 days before the lease is set to expire I sent out a "renewal rate offer letter."

I was thinking we were right on track.Big Bank mailed us a letter on March 3, 2020 that says they are unable to offer us credit on the terms we initially requested for the following reason(s): INSUFFICIENT HOME EQUITY - they did however have a loan offer for us. $42,390 for 240 months at a 5.99% rate.

Most underwriters will see the condition of the property through the appraisal pictures and/or MLS photos and deem the property "insufficient collateral" or "unsafe conditions" with missing drywall and insulation.
