We live in New Hampshire and have a rental in California.

I'm currently based out of NH but am willing to work anywhere. 

@Joseph Lehman I’m in New Hampshire and things that are appropriately priced where I live are going under contract within 2 days or less of being put on the market still.

We have Boston people, New hampshire people, New York people all moving money into those areas.

I am a 23 project engineer who is relatively new to the area(Dover, NH).

Good call on that STR and location I have had some around Kittery and North Conway, NH.

Since I’m up north the cash flow from my 25 units is not anywhere near what you could get from apartments in the suburbs of Boston, or Southern New Hampshire, or likely somewhere else if you so chose but it’s money coming in each month and I aim to retire my wife by the end of 2024.

I am looking for some advice on house hacking in the state of NH.
