I am a 25 year old South Denver native and have worked as a carpenter for my fathers residential remodeling company on and off for the last 10 years (throughout High School and College), since graduating college I have become increasingly interested in the business side of residential homes and have therefore been a licensed Realtor for 18 months now.

I'm a full-time musician and a long-time real estate investor (always done it part time),  I've owned a few student rentals, a duplex, a single family and I've always always rented out my basement wherever I've lived.

As a native to Metro-Detroit, manager of over 2,000 homes and guy that has bought hundreds of homes I can tell you from experience that fortunes have been made and lost here.  

A Bay Area native, I just graduated from UC Berkeley and am looking to buy my first investment property in the Sacramento area.

As a local native and landlord in bridgeport for many years I can tell you there are more problematic tenants than good ones just due to the demographic.
