I've only done commercial RE renos with a 'plugged-in' architect and 'connected' expeditors.Even though it's under the clean image of Fulop, the muscle memory and the seedy institutions that make it the most corrupt city in the history of the United States live on indefinitely.  

Getting information here is only going to end up creating preconceived notions that may be in conflict with what he may want and will cause tension from the get go. 

I am sure he is very angry about this but I am just too stressed to muscle my way in the house.

When I work with landlords around here I often run into tension when I tell people the owners "are not participating in the section 8 program at this time" and then I have people trying to tell me that the owners HAVE TO accept section 8.

Larger people with a lot of muscle mass tend to be slower and have poor cardio.

Either that, or the price they will accept puts you at risk of loss if all doesn't go to plan.If you use this approach, I foresee tensions along the way.

If you did this for a whole month straight, you'd know exactly what to say to a money man investor once you found the deal of a lifetime because you've got analyzing the deal in your muscle memory!
