Bigger Pockets is such a wealth of knowledge that it is easy to get somewhat lost.You can search forums by category and scroll through the most recent for interesting sounding topics or search for specific keywords.  

Click the 1st one, "Home Value" and scroll to the bottom of that section.

I did like the old layout of member search because I could see more results quickly without scrolling.

And peace of mind, less complication, less risk, less volatility all matter.

Scroll down to the "YOUR ACCOUNT" section and you will see your Inbox.

Scroll through the forums and if you don't what a term means, learn it.

So far I'm only about 10 hours into it, but I have scrolled forward through the units and can't wait to get to all of the information. 

And if you’re short on time like I am, I recommend the Audible version to listen to when you’re doing relatively mindless tasks like getting ready in the mornings, driving, cooking, etc.
