Can you recommend any specific books or MBA study materials of some kind?

I'm a numbers person too (finance degree and MBA) so maybe I could get along :-).

I already have a MBA, PMP, and RMP, and plan on acquiring as many RE certifications as possible. 

I went back for my MBA at the same time, so while I've been carefully building a bigger and bigger portfolio the whole time, my W2 income so far has actually outpaced my RE investment income.Do you "live the dream" and travel/vacation year round, do you focus on building your empire to ever greater heights, or do you pursue some other passion?

I plan to use conventional financing for my first deal (house hacking a 4-plex) while I go to school for my MBA, then use private money for a second 4plex and then take on investors from CA(friends and family, no soliciting ;)What are the best neighborhoods in Cincinnati for my intentions?
