It reminds me of a buddy of mine in San Diego who realized early on that the investors who stuck around longest weren’t just chasing the best cap rate..they were sticking with him because he made them feel like they were part of something that actually mattered.

These are rural counties so I was not expecting to get this back so quick.. my client e mailed me Tuesday we negotiated the deal ( bare land) I open escrow yesterday .

I send a text to introduce myself and ask if we can answer any questions about the listing or to support them in finalizing their booking.We follow up with an e-mail reiterating the same information.  

I’ve followed up with 2 text reminders and one email reminder over the next week, no answer.WWYD in this situation?

I plan on mailing the letter certified and I wanted to know do landlords also call the tenant as a courtesy to let them know about the letter.

I recently came across a piece in Forbes talking about how quickly rental dynamics can evolve when population growth spikes.I’m based in Phoenix and have been in the real estate game for three decades, and a close friend of mine recently reminded me how the right connections can shape your entire strategy.

I would remind them that the house is in the condition in which they rented it and they accepted it as is.

Hey There @Ed Lopez - Sorry to hear you are running into this issue...I think like anything I remind myself NO ONE is going care more about my property/project than me so managing the manager or general contract is definitely my job.
