If it were me, I'd probably start by painting the cabinets white; that would lighten up the room considerably. 

Lightening up your eaves and shutters with a gray, green or cream would really help.

After reviewing the attached spreadsheet, we would like to see if possible to have an electrician come out and assess the situation and see if there are any changes that can be made to add a usable 3-prong outlet in the kitchen as well as lighten the load on circuits 6 and 5.

@Jimmy LieuIts always a good time to start, you just have to remain conservative and not bite of more than you can handle at once and remember you make your money when you buy not sell so be patient and keep looking until the right deal comes your way then move with lightening speed!
