But why would that make them want to use this financing method?

Using this method, we will have our home paid off in about 2 more years AND will have a massive HELOC we can use to scale even more. wht are you going to do after the mortgage is paid-off ?

In my experience, the good ones are expensive, typically require a subscription, and sometimes they even do a physical inspection of your premises to verify it is a legitimate person / business in US.
