Highly suggest some YT videos for training / help on the platform.

We don't use the platform but from what I've heard, it's a great option!  

He had a tech job and we talked the business and he was legit and when meeting the family, they were very respectful. 

And this is why I'm trying to take the necessary steps to correct this poor behavior and joining this platform to get some input/knowledge/guidance/advice.

Non stop action taking and never giving up plus always making sure we give our absolute best to clients and always reply never making anyone wait and go to a competitor :)  I have Ads, I have a lot of social media posts and updates on all social media platforms daily. 

In addition to that, platforms like HomeAdvisor or Angi are great for finding vetted professionals, and local builders associations or the Greater Beaumont Chamber of Commerce may have directories or recommendations. 

We use a conversational AI and appointment setting platform in follow up, outbound, and after hours lead intake.

These platforms can show which amenities are most sought-after in my market, helping me make data-backed decisions.ROI can sometimes be intangible, but even amenities that don't immediately show a monetary return (like higher satisfaction) often lead to long-term benefits, such as more positive reviews and increased visibility on Airbnb’s algorithm 

Airdna is a good resource and tool, but I wouldn't rely solely on that platform for data.

I wasted too much time trying to piece it all together and when you're in different states it's all the more challenging to make sure everything is legit.
