To know your holes, you typically need experience.  

I know this thing will pay off in the long run but don’t want to kill myself doing it lol That's why you pay a broker 1-2% to find the best terms and handle the deal for you, lol.

I know several investors that are struggling to keep their short and mid term rentals going.

AI is not some magical, all-knowing miracle that can pull leads out of thin air.AI is simply a faster, more hands-off way to find the same low-quality leads you get from DMM, cold calling, and SMS marketing.You’re not improving lead quality—you’re just finding bad leads faster.

Have you taken the time to search AirBNB and VRBO in those specific areas to see how many STRs are operating?

Do you know how to read the credit/criminal background?
