Can any of you make some recommendations on how we can install cameras without possibly having to use an internet network?

There are a lot of shiny internet companies touting their HELOC, but you will do better with a local bank every time.

I came across following idea from internet about buying defaulted mortgage notes directly from banks.

The most expensive exchanges are typically "one offs" done by an an attorney with no economy of scale which is a direct result of little direct experience.However I'd also counsel that you not simply look for the cheapest "fill in the boxes" internet intermediary either.  

Think about what renters in your target market value most, such as green spaces, community centers, or high-speed internet access.BTR is a rapidly growing sector, and careful planning of these factors can help ensure your project is successful.

So far striking out on doing internet searches and looking on VA website.

Hey @Mike Sather you will get differing setups from folks.For us, we provide smart TV's (Roku) and internet and no satellite TV (no cable where we are at).
