That said, please indulge me for a couple of follow-up questions.Brian indicated that a disqualified person cannot be involved in ANY way with the entity purchasing the asset from the plan; however, I wasn't sure if the restriction for sure applies only when the asset being sold is WHOLLY-owned by the IRA.

I graduated from Auburn University in 2007, immediately attended the real estate academy where I obtained my real estate salesperson license and have been indulged in the real estate business ever since.  

To indulge my tiny house fascination, I actually insulated and trimmed-out a 10 ft. x 12 ft. lofted garden shed to make a pretty nice, off-grid, mini-cabin to visit on weekends.

Again the two main reasons RE agents are not going to indulge you is they are not making enough commission money to justify showing you all these properties and writing all these low ball offers and secondly they don't want their name getting associated with a lot of lowball offers in their market.

I figured while learning how to invest, why not take a career that will indulge you within that industry and give you the opportunity to make good money.

My approach is to soak up ALL the free information I can find and then if I was to get tempted to indulge in paying for a seminar, ask myself "hey, if I can afford the $2-3k for this seminar, why not instead set it aside to act as earnest deposit for an ACTUAL deal"?

So when I tell you that I have ENOUGH knowledge and guidance (a mentor) in my corner you're just gonna have to trust me on this, so please indulge me.As far as what they would be investing in...I am in with a fully renovated, managed turnkey Real Estate consulting firm.

I have read a few BiggerPockets books and indulge as much as possible in podcasts, this website, YouTube videos, etc... in order to learn as much as possible about this industry.
