That said, please indulge me for a couple of follow-up questions.Brian indicated that a disqualified person cannot be involved in ANY way with the entity purchasing the asset from the plan; however, I wasn't sure if the restriction for sure applies only when the asset being sold is WHOLLY-owned by the IRA.

Again the two main reasons RE agents are not going to indulge you is they are not making enough commission money to justify showing you all these properties and writing all these low ball offers and secondly they don't want their name getting associated with a lot of lowball offers in their market.

My approach is to soak up ALL the free information I can find and then if I was to get tempted to indulge in paying for a seminar, ask myself "hey, if I can afford the $2-3k for this seminar, why not instead set it aside to act as earnest deposit for an ACTUAL deal"?
