Hope that helps explain the policy a bit more :) I need to stress again that I was not in the right frame of mind when I made this post.

I have luckily not had to contact them often but when I have, they have been incredibly helpful (every now and again I get someone that doesn't know what they are doing but no more so than any other call center I call).

Also @Andrew Syrios thank you for your opinion also, it´s pretty much helpful to have different opinions and perspectives, but still difficult to decide when someone it´s just beginning.  

It’s been incredibly difficult to see this situation unfold, especially given how much work and sacrifice went into saving for these properties.

Those non-cash expenses definitely helped us out during tax season.2.
