✅Real money invested?

It's a love hate for sure lol.I host a monthly meetup focusing on finance and real estate investing.

I could take on a job that pays a lot better, however, my current job gives me a lot of spare time that I can pour into real estate investing (at least 30 hours a week, potentially more at times).

I am seeking an early retirement and it looks like real estate is the way.

House hacking is financially a no-brainer and no city in the US (including Chicago) has more duplexes than Milwaukee.

hope it works.. but throwing in the affordable housing requirement a lot of times kills the project right there.Also at least in markets I have worked the time lines START from completed submission.. you make your submission and then get an incomplete letter this goes on for months and months soo time lines still extend.. but at least its a step in the right direction hope if works.

If you do that once it's a problem but six times and perhaps more you probably shouldn't be in this business.
