@Ryan Keenan Your tenants rent was late the day after it was due and you have now lost 16 days rent and if a eviction is necessary you have lost multiple months rent due to you not understanding your landlord tenant codes and your inaction.

I can easily search company names in my state on the Florida Division of Corporations website and find out who created the entity, their address, the date they created, whether it is active or inactive, etc.

While I was in graduate school earning my Master of Fine Art in Acting degree, I did end up buying a duplex like I had set out to do, that I lived in the downstairs and rented out the upstairs to build equity and have someone else help pay the mortgage.
