Every so called lender even if they advertise on BP need to be checked  BP does not verify the validity of any of these lenders. there have been some horrible lenders on the BP preferred lender list over the years and there are threads about them.

Fortunately for me the business is horribly mismanaged so there's plenty of value-add opportunities.  

You'll still cashflow.Oh, and if you've got only 3% appreciation (which I think is low), you're still far outperforming inflation even in a catastrophically horrible situation of zero cashflow because you're leveraged.

The problem is it sucks, it barely works, it's surprisingly unintuitive for something so simple, and barely any guests actually use it.Which is kind of the same reason we're not discussing this on Google+ while wearing our Google glasses and talking about which version of Google Stadia is best to put into our homes as we communicate with our cleaners through Google Hangouts.While google obviously has a few big hits like Maps/Flights/Gmail, the majority of google releases follow the same pattern of great technology, horrible interface, no marketing, and eventual abandonment by Google. 

That is horrible because wholesalers didn't produce the properties they are selling and therefore have limited knowledge.  

If you find one that goes below 680 the rate will be horrible 8's 9's and at that point its not worth it and ruins cash flow.

I hope they do because they have been an horrible tenant.

I think this is a horrible idea personally. 

I am not sure which area in Ohio (cleveland, Dayton, Cincy) or PA could be better for me, I don’t have any realtor or property manager and I’ve heard a lot of horrible stories that I am scared of the process.
