When I refinanced I always used the cash take out on real estate, never vacations, toys, cars etc.

I'm starting to wonder better ways to outsource this work and find solid tenants who will stay for the long haul. 

Then you can be in it for the long haul when the area becomes more developed and the market starts to mature.

So, if you said, "I currently live in X state and I want to move to Y state"...then your lender would ask you to declare your residency in Y state - and then they would call your employer to make sure they are good with it, etc.   

But over the long haul, these things are relatively rare.Further, if these are properties you just rehabbed and rented for the first time, those tend to have more maintenance issues up front.

We're in it for the long haul and hope to build generational wealth and financial freedom for our family through real estate. 

Our goal is to provide tenants with some suggestions as to how they can arrange for new ways to locate their things (storage facility, city yard sales, arrange for hauling service, etc.)
