We need a fridge.  

I was thinking, something along the lines of a dorm fridge or those tiny kitchens I've seen shoved into motel rooms.So then came the fun part of getting a contractor.I called around and emailed and waited.

She does not take any property  (really just the fridge so we can use it in the basement)4.

Couple of rules to implement: no pets, no significant others staying over more than a weekend's time, no mini fridges or heaters.

Although, workers told me that he was always checking what they were doing and wasn't happy that the outside camera got covered, even though it was for the time to apply the paint and then it was removed.He reported the fridge was dead and also figured that a smell of sewer gas in the MB is due to a P-trap that was not installed when the sinks were changed.

@Greg Martin  I would suggest you go in and empty all the refrigerators.. the stench will be worse everyday it sits. and block fridge doors open, so they can air out,, pull plugs so if power comes back on they won't.  

And last night 25 neighbors came over for a "dead fridge" potluck.  

Oh, and for some for not-so-good news this property happens to have bed bugs and a putrid smell from animals & rotting food in the fridge.
