There would likely be a premium for these NFTs beyond the RE they're backed by, as they're much more liquid than traditional RE ownership (especially fractionalized ownership).Happy to chat further with anyone that's interested in a concept like this.

The only reason banks are so profitable is because of fractional lending.

To confirm, the idea is that the owner would exchange proceeds from the home sale,  for fractional ownership in an REIT institutional grade property with an intermediary (1031 portion).
