Can any one provide me with a simple fool proof way of doing this so that I would be more relaxed when doing it and I left out quick.

I have one that is Orbit brand and it is pretty foolproof.

I'm sure the guru has a rock solid answer though, and a really fool proof sounding plan.

There's no one fool-proof method, and there are all kinds of ways to screw up, so it does take research.This sounds a little grumpier than my usual posts, I realize.

While I have only been able to acquire 4 homes, I see this as a "fool-proof" way of building wealth.
