Personally, I believe an awesome studio with great amenities (a super coffee maker, plenty of fluffy towels, etc....) in a high walk score area is better than a larger place.  

You would be surprised what a RV type winterizing air nipple and a air tank or small pancake compressor can show you.

So many of them are too fluffy and look good to an investor surfing the web.

My best guess is “hot stacks” refers to pancakes but I have no idea how to factor this into my decision!!
