Also, I am mainly just going to finish paying it off and then kind of just leave it since I don't really believe Pace knows what he is doing.

It’s a new construction building which will be finished building in Sep/Oct 2022.

At the beginning of 2022, the 10-year treasury rate was still in the mid-1% range, meaning 2 years later when those units are being finished, we are seeing those high deliveries in 2024.

Just finished setting up with booking.com. 

I then use that money to finish the project.

A lot of our housing stock here has finished basements or in-law suites, so with something like that you can generate significant rental income for an inexpensive conversion.
