This little economic slow down that was intentionally created to slow the economy to fight inflation is barely a pimple compared to the Great Recession. 

Take the L, let them all go (or evict) and start over.Or you could get a lawyer and fight to keep people together who hate each other so much they're willing to pay a lawyer to get out of their lease.

Fighting with the neighbors or landlord?

It's an irony that California that spends billions of state/tax dollars to fight homelessness also has the highest number of homeless people on the streets.

I did have to fight for my rent determination amount just to get it to the comps in the area.

I have seen people having success with direct mail outside metropolitan cities and even in rural areas because there are not many investors fighting for the same deal. 

While they are very nice and I believe good people, I have had a few deals fall through after months of hard work on them because they do not fight for the deal in my opinion. 

I am fighting to get this amendment signed, but alas, nothing.

While the proposal won’t solve housing issues in dense urban areas, it represents a step forward in the fight to make housing more affordable.

This is not your issue as you did everything right it’s them fighting with their insurance.
