Hi Robel-Thank you for sharing you have been experiencing self-doubt and its is making you feel like you will fail in your real estate investing.I appreciate your honesty and making yourself vulnerable with the question. 

But I'm not feeling great about it.

What else I learned was even if you have friends in the area, or even family, while they say no problem, as we get older we all value our time and it doesn't always feel right asking them to do stuff without compensation or with, but it is always tricky to work that relationship when they don't meet your expectations. 

I like the feeling of being close by to my rentals and managaging myself. 

But if you're comfortable with rougher areas, then you can definitely find properties at lower prices.

Eventually we will pass that responsibility on to someone on our leadership team too.So the route we chose is definitely not passive, but it also made us more comfortable with the investment.

I actually feel like I learned a lot in college that would have taken me 15 years to have the opportunity to learn “on the job” IF I was even able to obtain the position to enable me to learn.
