Unfortunately, this is generally catered more towards folks that don't know, don't care or too focused on a few bucks. 

I think a lot of people like those on the Forum are entrepenurial thinkers and can design ok on their own, but of course there are some people who cannot design a doghouse and will need you for the whole project, lots of those folks out there..... :-)

Hi Preet - Great questions and I'm sure there are some folks that may be able to provide some more concrete yes or no answers but my sense is that you may not be able to realize a lot of tax benefits if the value of the thing you are describing isn't very high. 

I was thinking that there would be more folks nearer to you Alan, maybe Bloomington.

These are the folks that know who is getting the itch to sell before anyone else.

I suspect there's lots of inventory, particularly for new folks coming into the area that find the real estate prices are much better than where they came from.Do you have a type of house you like to target?

Cash for keys is definitely the best way to get people out in the day when I was very active at court houses steps cash for keys was by far the best way to get folks to move and bad tenants in a state with bad eviction laws to me would be the preferred method. you simply pay them when they are leaving the house not before.. that works fine and you give them more than 1k .. you make it worth their while..

This is a solid spot to connect with folks.

Some folks will give you the simple reply that if you can't fill it, your rent is either too high or something else is wrong with your ad.
