Endorsement.My questions are: 1: With a home in a single member LLC. may I insure the property under my name or does it need the LLC endorsement? 

From being on the other side....owner and broker endorsements go a long ways.

From a technical perspective I also run into a lot of investors that: 1) Don't understand the basics of title, transfer, assignments, endorsements, deeds etc.

If he did, a sharp insurance person would know to have an endorsement in the S Corp policy covering the owners and managers if they're sued for negligence, along with the LLC.

On an owner occupied, nothing broader than a 5 unless endorsed.

@Jake Fugman I don't have any referrals in the space you're looking for but you can just punch in "YOUR CITY or AREA" plus "ATTORNEY" into the search window above and check out a few people's past endorsements to get a broader scope of professionals and to zero in on someone that fits your ticket.

It’s not all-risk, but it’s the most without endorsing more coverage.

All that I do are Subject To, Wraps and Lease Options, so I certainly endorse them.
