If you're going to damage a wall to hang your electronics have a plan to fix the wall afterward - ask the landlord if they have extra paint or the paint color so you can fix it.

Having to collect the rent (which is done electronically), deposit it and transfer it each month, shouldn't take more than 30 min in total (being very generous).

We only accept good funds (money order/cashier's check) for the initial payment, and then we do electronic once the relationship has been established.
