We are preparing to go live soon with our first STR and are looking at these options: - Ice trays in freezer- Ice maker in freezer- Ice dispenser in fridge door- Countertop ice maker- Bag of ice in freezer- Other optionsI would like to understand the implications on:- Guest satisfaction - Ease of maintenance (cleaning, mechanical issues, etc.)- Sanitary and health concerns (COVID-19, etc.)Thanks!

DonThe fridge is the one item we'll upgrade in any house that we plan to sell above $120K...we've never had any complaints about no in-door or ice dispensers, but I'm guessing that most buyers probably don't notice or think about it until they've moved in...
