Just to name a few.. you could do direct mail, craigslist, driving for dollars, social media, SEO, bandit signs.

Cold calling remains free, as does networking, door-knocking (ugly houses, foreclosures), Craigslist, SEO and helping other investors.  

Therefore, you have to decide how you want to target people in order to get them to your site IE paying for clicks, web adds, SEO marketing, etc. 

I would work on getting some basic SEO done so that way you appear to be credible.

One ranks between #1-#2 on google without paying one dime for SEO.

I would check out yelp.com first and foremost, or do a google search, i would think that accountants who are savvy would be up on SEO.
