My daughter has the same - paid off early, earning dividends with a benefit  filled fraternal company. 

Wife and daughter don't like them as they make it hard to clean their hair of shampoo.

Is there anyway their hairs, sons/daughters, 20 y/o “husband” can become protected tenants upon their passing?  

The contact told me we should separate the 1099 income from s corp entity, that would already save us money.we should also give a percentage of our s corp as shares to our two daughters, that would also save us taxes.I also want to get into real estate investment to build passive income.  

I'll continue to do some contract work (from home) that pays around $1k per month, will substitute teach at my kids' school, maybe pick up a bartending shift here and there because it's fun and nostalgic (waited tables and bartended my way through college and the first 2 years that I started my business), and will chase curiosity to find my next low stakes venture - hopefully something that I can start with my daughters - who are 7 and 10.

There's been several times that I've stepped in it, or my daughter (17 months), who plays in the yard, has almost picked it up before we stopped her.There's nothing in the least about cleaning up the poop.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family (wife of 10 years, 8 year old daughter, 4 year old son, and Bernedoodle), strength training, and playing guitar.Excited to learn and connect with you all!
