There is no custodial requirement for the 401k, so you don't need the additional expense and administration of an LLC to have checkbook control.

She is also getting advice from a professional tenant that I just evicted so he's telling her all of these things that we are in "violation" of like the entering without permission (which like I said we have always been invited in, except on a few occasions where I had to enter to get her children up and dressed for school because cps had came and we had custody but they were allowed to sleep next door with their mom still.

What it is only really a tent with a lot of tape while they work inside, disposal is expensive, mine (half of a 40 cy container) went to arizona according to the manifest (you need this too, called chain of custody report).

For the custodial IRA it may take up to several days to complete the transaction - the process is you have to submit Buy Direction Letter to your custodian and then wait for them to approve the transaction and then transfer the funds for the investment.Many investors find this inconvenient and opt for what's called a "Checkbook IRA".
