Did nothing for 3 months straight but sit at this computer looking at potential on market deals and crunching numbers!

I'm going to have to crunch a lot of numbers for the loan, property tax, maintenance (which should hopefully be low on new builds), and I have to figure out how to obtain an insurance policy for the units. 

Definitely find a target market first and then start crunching numbers.  

My husband did the number crunching and decided that it would not benefit us as buy-and-hold real estate investors.
