I pitched this deal originally to several local investors I had known over the years, & ALL wanted to "steal" it from me.

She should just stick to stealing Trump's sensible policies and not introduce any of her new ones.

There are a lot of crooks in the real estate investment world.

It sounds too good to be true and I'm worried about getting into bed with crooks.

I am getting a really sneaky suspicion that they are stealing money and finding ways to charge unnecessary fees and want honest feedback from anyone who has recently dealt with them.

And “crooks” if they misappropriate funds or lie to (or conceal facts from) investors.

All licensing does is provide a consumer who has been ripped off or taken advantage to have some means of regress against a crook.

During this year, I've experienced inheriting a crooked property manager I let go on day 1 that tried collecting rents from tenants weeks after, an eviction (same person) and a successful lawsuit against a non performing seller that backed out the day of closing. 

I've been at the property a lot in the last couple of weeks, and tenants are telling me that a group of teenagers will bust through the common entry doors and steal bikes and things in the hallway.  

I dealt with them several times here in LA, never made a purchase as I was too savvy for the crooks and liars I was dealing with.
