I think we’re in similar boats when it comes to asking others for some partnership and hearing crickets on their end.Well, I’m also looking in the Baltimore market since inventory is relatively cheap.

All our current tenants are good and stable so right now we are very being very selective with who we want to bring in as new tenants.Oh, we did sign a lease with Cricket Wireless back in January (with a 40 locations operator and he personally guarantees the lease) so I have been feeling good about that deal.Great input/advise as always.

Heck, I was at one where a guy was kind enough to stand up, interrupt the presenter and say “I’m an accountant, frequent CRA auditor contact/ consultant, and what you just described is completely false according to Canadian tax law.”The crickets the arrived after that were friendly.

I have my Charity and if they like to make a donation I am happy to engage with those folks.. but most folks on BP when you ask for a simple donation to a great charity in exchange for information they seek its crickets..
