Conclusion: Don´t give your credit card infos for "free" products!!!

Our agent negotiated us a credit for one aspect (floors) but given the true work that really needs to be done is there anything we can do at this point... like arbitration to cover costs of actual work that needs to be done.

A cash out refi should take 2-3 weeks with most lenders, and you should have only an appraisal a credit report fee as upfront costs. 

A partnership requires three things to be successful - Experience, Capital and Time.It looks like you have the capital and experience but maybe not the time.I have my doubts about this working if you have a friend who has weak credit and a limited cash flow.

I’ve bought some houses with 0% interest for a year credit cards and a few with consumer lines of credit from banks.

We normally do not seek judgement due to the expense that is involved, even after you win you have to continue to renew the judgement every year.We put them in collections and have it hit all three credit bureaus.

What documents do they require, what credit scores do they allow, how do they verify previous rental history, etc.?

I also can take out a home equity line of credit on my current home....but I need direction.
