I will be going to Aircraft Mechanic Technician training in August 2020, and the entire 2.5 years will cost $20,000 or less.

Are you stationed on the aircraft carrier on Tempe lake or the submarine at Scottsdale waterfront? 

There's also more small multifamily in Richmond than the rest of Contra Costa County combined.

Vs the contra to that, they get mad and say "now you can evict me".

Due to my profession as an aircraft mechanic, I consider myself "handy" and able to quickly learn how to utilize various tools and techniques for repairs and maintenance.

I have Section 8 tenants in Alameda County and Contra Costa County....right across the bridge from San Francisco and when I hear people panicking about rent control and/or not getting rent from their tenants I sleep easy because I know my rental income is guaranteed by the government, and I don't have to worry about my tenants going on a "rent strike".
