Cataya Dunn Eviction for Property Damage
14 January 2016 | 1 reply
Examples - he built an unpermitted outdoor canopy for his tools that's connected to the main structure, reversed the laundry hookups to run outside rather than inside, converted an interior patio into a closet, and even worse put together a 'shanty' on the side of the house for someone who sleeps in the backyard (this was hidden under tarps and I discovered this - not my inspector).I contend that I have plenty of support for an eviction, but I discussed this with someone from a local apartment owners association, and she said that I wouldn't have a right to evict.

Roland S. How Poor Americans get Exploited by their Landlords
17 April 2019 | 74 replies
:It seems to me that the landlords are providing a service for people that need housing, not exploiting them....https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/other/how-poor-amer...If these professors become landlords in these war zone areas, I bet they will realize why landlords want to make $200/month+ cashflow per door with all the hassles they have to contend with. These professors also did not realize in their "study" that the hard working middle class is the one who end up paying for the housing of the so-called "exploited" poor through subsidized housing. What a waste of college education to write such a paper!
Greg R. We're being overrun by fake finance, investing, and RE gurus

The post contended that MBA degrees are not worth much anymore because these days entrepreneurs can just 'on their own' get large social media followings and then they can be positioned to market and capitalize on their audience.
