A conflict of interest is the only explanation I have. 

I've gotten some conflicting information and i've had zero luck reaching the housing authority. 

Being forced to make a claim directly against the guest needlessly puts guest and host in severe conflict. 

I feel like I've been made to feel I'm crazy for feeling like this is a conflict of interest.  

By election time, I expect us to be heavily involved in a war on one or more fronts across the globe with considerable conflict and tumult across the U.S.

If the deal falls apart and the borrwer can't sell for the expected amounts or can't repay the loan, this conflict of interest as a lender can cost you.

If you hire an agent, recommend you still process applications and do your own screening to avoid conflict of interest issues.If you hire a PMC, make sure you ask a LOT of questions about their screening procedures, to make sure you get a tenant you want.

The zoning will define the permitted uses (this will tell you if you can have an RV/Boat storage there) and it will define the density (this will tell you how many tiny homes you can add).You'll want to make sure you don't conflict the existing duplex to a new use or mixed use where you might put the existing use out of compliance. 

Most conflicts in business (and in marriages, but I digress) happen because of disconnected expectations.

The builder doing their own inspection and the buyer has to accept it feels like a major conflict of interest...
