BP has people in every conceivable niche, and there's always someone that knows more than you do to learn from. 

Apparently if you own investment property in the US as a foreigner, they conceive that as doing business "illegally" in the US, so now I'm marked.

Also be prepared for the fact that the court is as likely to rule in his favor as it is in yours....which means you could conceivably end up owing the seller and the courts thousands of more dollars.

There's a wealth of information from people in every conceivable niche of real estate, construction and many other things on BP.

So, in your professional opinion, there is no conceivable way that an unlicensed person could legally profit from assigning a real estate contact?

Unpaid taxes cost of foreclosure could conceivably make the payoff higher than the original note.ie Was it a 30 year note or 15 year?
