SW MN is hard to find Landlord Insurance, all local insurance companies say thy quote you landlord insurance, but they realy quote you general home owners insurance.

As for the Indianapolis market goes, I imagine a RE attorney or Title company will be a great starting point for me.

Keep in mind banks still pool forclosed assets together and sell them all together as a group to one company.
