Even if you discourage or "chill" a potential tenant by saying "no pets" when they ask about a service animal, that could be actionable.

That's the kind of thing that has a chilling downstream effect on the tech economy, and from there the housing market. 

I don't think he is motivated, he owns it outright, meaning he has no pressure in selling "if the price is right", that quote alone gives me the chills.
