@John Underwood Yea when you see Burger King offering $500 sign up bonuses you know there is a problem.

@Joseph Burger you have many options.

I bought a small portfolio in November and the roof on one of the properties (a triplex) is swiss cheese and the 2nd floor unit is down to the studs due to a roach infestation (the seller did the demo after having it fumigated). 

Flipping burgers and waiting tables doesn't pay well because my 14-year-old can do it.

Know the inventory, know sales prices, know what just went under contract, know what recently expired, know recent sales, know the best place for a burger, know where the nearest mall is, etc etc etc.

Note that while the green area looks homogeneous, it is more like Swiss cheese.

When I ran a flight kitchen overseas, we had crusts, cheese, sauce, toppings, etc and employees to get the pizzas done but we were also focused on getting a large variety of foods out, not just pizza, but I digress.What I’m trying to understand is the mathematical language.  

We met for a burger and beer after a phone call or two.
