Just because a seminar is named after or endorsed by a celebrity does not mean the methods being touted are the ones used by said celebrity.

Hi AllThis may be a little controversial topic?....

Imagine going to the celebration and buying a gift card for little fee fee only to see them come on hard times , fall behind In rent and you have to evict them for non payment .

I've hired a very high end attorney (someone who worked for a celebrity type firm), so I'm seeking advice from the forum above and beyond and in tandem with professional advice, who's a real estate pro who got burnt and knows from experience, or went through a similar prenup already.

If I may, since you are all about apparently accepting when someone has a point, let me ask you, out of all the people who wrote in this thread, I had unpleasant interactions with 3, and wrote the others in a neutral way or with thanks to them for their help, and the 3 I had issues with were objectively not being helpful, and as far as I am concerned were actually going out of their way to create controversy, something commonly seen on message boards.

I wouldnt celebrate market losses as they tend to be tied to RE.
