Yes, that's a problem.As this thing has gone on, I realize that "AI" cannot be taught business ethics. 

She is from and still has family in Peoria, IL and her family owns a flooring business, and is well connected in the housing maintenance community in Greater Peoria.

In my opinion, value add is the way to go if you want to accelerate your equity capture. 

You may have to do this several times for all the different tasks being done.The only labor cost not covered by this type of online inquiry is drive time from the businessto the property, to the store & back for supplies and then back to the business address.

Working this backwards, what I see is a 3rd party trying to benefit from another’s house via rental cashflow, My only business is 30+ years as probate estate and trust lending in CA.
