We chose to go with higher end Whirlpool appliances by adding a 5 burner cooktop, double ovens (convection), counter depth refrigerator, Sharp microwave drawer, and a higher level dishwasher as well.

My second purchase was signed this week, a friend had heard of my first purchase and believed I must be serious, so he told me of a mutual friend of our's boss that had purchased a 6 unit apartment building 2 years ago and he is in the oil business, he put it on the back burner and has only rented 1 unit.

I arrived home to a strong smell of smoke, and found the right-rear burner of the gas range turned on, with two very charred chicken drumsticks sitting on a white ceramic plate.

If as a client you are happy being on the back burner and worked on as an "as available", know I will call back within 24 hours, will text some info here and there but am not on a 1 hour recall to have a weekly call where we discuss strategy..... then I can do it.

With a young family it is usually best to make sure your partners priorities come first and put your plans on the back burner.

I would concentrate on getting it rented out now, and put finding a new property to live in on the back burner until after this is rented.$800 cash flow is no joke, and to have to wait, possibly for another 4 years is not my first choice.Get it rented, and move your stuff into a friend's house, or a storage unit until you find a property you can buy.

Cut to about a year later, my brother buys a home for his family and the big-time real estate investor plan sort of fell onto the back burner.
