Oh I think a BP blogger named Paul Moore analyzed Asheville for multifamily in his book I think entitled The Perfect Investment?

The first RE book I ever read was rental property investment by brandon turner and because of the knowledge in that book I had my first property under contract when I was only half way through.

Brandon Turners book is one of my many go to's for building confidence.
