The state legislature is only session a few weeks per year, and luckily they usually have more important things to do!

This channel manager was using the "active session" style connection (you log in to VRBO through the channel manager's website) and this is the connection style I would prefer. 

The podcast team is doing a group call in session on Wednesday 1/24/24 at 2pm Mountain time to get your questions answered by David and James Dainard!

But what I would suggest is check out their free strategy session where they will talk through your needs and can schedule you for one of their free webinars, where they educate you on entity structuring and tax strategies.

Holidays have come and gone, so we should be ready for a BP Delaware hangout session. 

The workbook they send in the mail is about half full of more like therapy sessions and learning your why, what kind of traumas are stopping you from being the most successful version of yourself, typical guru space filling fluff.

We went to an info session today for Tax Lien Code and my buddy actually signed up.
